Tyler, Today, December 3rd- your 20th birthday is so difficult. We miss you so so so very much. It takes our breath away. So many things go through our minds and hearts. We love you so. I remember taking you home from the hospital like it was yesterday. People won't believe you were such a tranquil baby:)... aside from the colic. Family and friends gave us such a hard time for carrying you around all the time. They thought you would never walk. But that is what you wanted.. and that is what we did. I always thought it was because you just wanted to be held. But I soon realized it was because you wanted to see all that was going on. You were curious... adventurous... passionate from the beginning. Yes, you were a handful growing up... flushing your pajamas down the toilet, burning the carpet with a magnifying glass (something you saw on McGiver), cutting bamboo to make a fort, and so many more things. Thank you from the bottom of my soul for filling our lives with so much.. that is why we miss you so. We are living each day in anticipation of our great reunion. With all our love....
